Refund policy

We don't offer refunds - only exchanges on Clothing, Home + Tech, Bandanas or store credit because each item is made on-demand after you place an order.

Returns are something that is bound to happen from time to time but they are no fun and expensive so we work hard to eliminate the chances. Help us out by reading each product description very carefully as we describe details on each hand crafted product. We also love to have text or email us with any additional product and sizing questions you may have ahead of time and are happy to provide any additional photos you may want or need.  With these two processes we are able to reduce the number of returns - which saves everyone time and money.  

HANDCRAFTED LEATHER

  • Returns must be received the same condition that you received – unwashed, unworn, unaltered, makeup free, stain free with tags, and in its original packagingYou’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • To start a return, you can contact us at contact@caseycurtisdesigns.com within 7 days of delivery. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note shipping charges are non- refundable.

  • Damages and issues
    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Casey Curtis Designs is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. 

    Exchanges
    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

    Refunds
    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Made to order items including Clothing, Home + Tech, Bandanas. We don't offer refunds - only exchanges or store credit because each item is made on-demand after you place an order. custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

REASONS WHY YOU WANT TO RETURN & EXCHANGE YOUR ITEMS

  • A CHANGE IN SIZE
    It happens that you select a wrong size, no worries. Please include a note that states which size you would like and we will send you the correct size. While we are happy to exchange the size, no refunds are given for incorrect size choices.
  • YOU RECEIVED WRONG ITEM
    Although we double check everything, it can happen that we send you the wrong item. No worries, please attach a photo of the incorrect item you have received before you submit the request.
  • PACKAGE LOST IN TRANSIT
    If you have provided us with the correct address and the package has not arrived within the estimated shipping time as per our shipping policy, plus 15 business days for possible delays, or there is no update on the tracking info for more than 10 business days, please reach out to us, if we are unable to trace down the package we will re-ship a replacement free of charge. Please contact us within 10 business days from the last estimated delivery date so we can assist you with the matter. Once we ship the package the customer is responsible to follow the tracking updates because they often contain important information from the carrier. 
  • YOU RECEIVED A DAMAGED/FAULTY ITEM
    We pride ourselves on unparalleled product quality. All orders go through 3-step quality check before we ship them out. However, if a damaged item was accidentally let through our quality control, or was damaged during shipment, we take full responsibility and provide a free replacement. In this case you do not need to return the item. You can keep it, maybe sew it yourself, throw or give it away. The only thing we need you to do is submit a request for a return, and please include a photo of the damaged good. If we can see on the photo it is damaged, we will send you a new item 100% free of charge.

    Also, we would love it if you could tell us the reason why you are returning your item. We strive to get you the best quality possible, so we'd love to learn from your experience to even up our quality some more.

Casey Curtis Designs does not provide prepaid returns shipping labels at the moment, and returns shipping for exchanges is at the customers expense.

Please note that any outbound shipping costs paid are non-refundable.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS, REFUNDS, OR EXCHANGES IF

  • You want a refund/return because you "changed your mind". We print on demand and therefore we cannot accept returns/refunds with that inquiry because all items are made specifically for you.
  • You do not use the link above to have your return request reviewed and approved by our team, prior to you sending your product back.
  • You have requested a return after 14 days of receiving your package
  • The exchange item is a different print or style than the original item
  • If you have placed and order and requested a cancelation because once you place an order we begin with the printing process almost in real time.
  • Order cancelation - we print on demand at the moment you place the order. There are no cancelations for accidental or test order. If you have any questions ask BEFORE you place an order. Please do NOT place an order if you do not want the product for whatever reason.
  • The item(s) have been worn or washed
  • The garment is a swimsuit, bikini set, bikini bottom, swim turnks, boxer briefs.
  • The item(s) have been altered in any way
  • The item(s) are in any way defective from the original and salable condition, unless the condition is our fault
  • The item(s) do not have the original tags on them
  • The item(s) are on Sale
