Returns are something that is bound to happen from time to time but they are no fun and expensive so we work hard to eliminate the chances. Help us out by reading each product description very carefully as we describe details on each hand crafted product. We also love to have you call, text or email us with any additional product and sizing questions you may have ahead of time and are happy to provide any additional photos you may want or need. With these two processes we are able to reduce the number of returns - which saves everyone time and money.
Returns must be received the same condition that you received – unwashed, unworn, unaltered, makeup free, stain free with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of delivery. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note shipping charges are non- refundable.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Casey Curtis Designs is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
